To me, it feels like I fill my time with lots of things, but, as I was filling in the 'interests', I realized how very little I actually do. I guess I just spend a lot of time doing those things, and so I don't notice as time rushes past me in a blur. If I were to tell you the truth, I'd say that the last two ('watching movies' and 'long phone conversations') aren't really interests, just things I do when I have nothing better to busy my time with. So, basically when my music has given my family migraines and there's enough food cooked to fill our fridge and, if you saw our fridge, you'd see how much of a feat that is. I am proud of myself sometimes.

But, the first two are very close to my heart. To be able to write well, you need to read and... well... I would say that to read well you need to write, but that isn't true. I enjoy light, fluffy books (though I tend to write quite angsty stuff) as reading is something you're meant to do to get away from life, and so why read a book that's all depressing? Wouldn't you prefer to go borrow a world that's all happy?

I like writing both original fiction and fan fiction, though I write more fan fiction than original. I guess I right more fan fiction because I write because I like entertaining people and more people roam around fanfiction.net than fictionpress.com, though I have accounts at both. I should probably put links to my profiles somewhere... oh well... if you're looking for them (which is a bit stupid because all the stories on there are on my blog, anyways) my penname is emmettgirl. In fact, my penname is emmettgirl everywhere except for Twilighted where it's Char. Being the smart person I am, on the registration, I thought that when it said 'penname' it meant your real name.
